Store Policies



​Methods of Payment
All payments must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on U.S. banks.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
We accept personal checks and will ship merchandise when your check clears.
Time payments are possible in most cases. Please call us to personally negotiate your needs.
Colorado residents must pay sales tax. The rate varies depending on your county of residence and will be calculated at the time of your order.


​Conditions of Sale
All items offered are subject to prior sale. We strive to keep the online inventory current but occasionally, pieces do sell out of the gallery in between website updates. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Prices on the website cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the art business. It is RARE for a price to change but not unheard of. Please contact us to confirm pricing.
All items are guaranteed original and as described. We stand behind our inventory. Condition reports are indicated and if you have concerns or questions about condition please contact us.
Full payment is required at time of sale. Time payments, when needed, can be negotiated.


Shipping Information
Shipping charges are due on all orders sent by mail. All expenses incurred to ship your merchandise are charged out at our COST only. Shipping quotes on your purchases are available by calling us at 303-938-1588 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Typical ground delivery of your shipment will take one to two weeks from the point of sale. If you have paid with a personal check this could slow down this process (Read “Methods of Payment” above for more information). If you require your purchase to reach you faster we can accommodate your needs. Please call or e-mail us with your instructions. Shipping charges are due even when items are returned. All purchases are fully insured, unless otherwise requested. If any items arrive damaged save all shipping materials and contact us immediately. We will instruct you on how to proceed. If you are present when an obviously damaged package is delivered please request the shipper to formally note the damage.

Items Left: more than 365 days (from day of drop off) will be subject to sale, removal, or trash. Items include, but are not limited to, artwork, framing, art or framing supplies, photographs, prints, etc.
